I would like to know if anyone knows about other software other than Genemapper/Genamarker to visualise peaks, or whether there is any online platform available? Thanks in advance.
You can visualize fragment peak data in ABI format (.fsa files from ABI 3730, 3100) using the freeware Peakscanner. Go to

NCBI has Windows and Macintosh versions of OSIRIS software that will do both STR analysis of commercial genotyping kits and fragment analysis of ABI FSA and HID files.
