I made a 3D model from CT data using Amira, and I no longer have access to the software. I've tried using ImageJ and R, but have failed to get it to work. There is an ImageJ plugin at http://wbgn013.biozentrum.uni-wuerzburg.de/ImageJ/, but I have not been able to access the page. The files I downloaded from http://flybrain.stanford.edu/imageJplugins/ won't allow me to look at the model either. I have also tried the nat package in R, and it crashes every time I try to get it to visualize the model.
