Hello.

I'm trying to remove uremic toxins (like 3-indoxyl sulfate...) in human serum for making blank matrix.

So I added dextran coated charcoal in serum (5mg/ml) during overnight at 4C but uremic toxins presented in serum in LC-MS system. (it does not remove uremic toxins in serum..)

Does anyone know how to remove uremic toxin in serum?

Any suggestions or protocol?
