Hello, I am working on pig digestion system. I have to prepare simulated gastric fluid and intestinal fluid. However, I can't dissolve both pepsin and pancreatin.

I used 0.2% NaCl, pH 2.4, to make pepsin solution. It didn't completely dissolve and solid was observed.

For pancreatin, I used KH2PO4 at pH 6.8 to dissolve the substance with gentle stirring. There was nothing happen. I didn't have a clear pancreatin solution.

Can anyone explain the way to prepare them? Thank you in advance.
