Im working on my dissertation and I've encountered an error on Popart.
I've imported my alignment, and made excel documents with my traits and geotags. When I import the traits, it says that the alignment and traits do not match. For example, each sequence is named 'hap 1' 'hap 2' etc, and so that's what is named in my traits. But when I import the traits into popart, is says 'hap 1' appears in my traits file but not the allignment.
I don't understand why, and I don't even know where to begin overcoming this. So if you have any idea how to help, I'd appreciate it!

Have you tried to eliminate gap between "hap" and the number. Usually, it is better, to avoid problems, to eliminate the space. Eg: hap1, hap2,...
