One of the plasmids confers resistance to neomycin and the other to bleomycin.
Which plasmid should I transfect first? Thanks.
neomycin takes time to work out (around 25 days or more). if one of your plasmids contains other markers such as GFP, start with that one. besides, your cell lines are not that problematic.

I have a Polyjet that has passed its labeled expiration date for 1 year and I'm going to re-start transfection experiments. It is really needed to change it? Transfection efficiency may be lower?
