Hi Edwin. It does not depend on where the sequence it derives but depends on what library you use. You just need to input your mouse ab sequence to blast the whole human Ab primary sequence sub-library.

Thank you folks. After a couple of days I kind of figured out how to navigate and use the resources in the IMGT database. Its a great place to find out the germline of your antibody, access IgG sequences from both human and mouse and blast antibody sequences. I would also recommend using IgG Blast together with it.

maybe this page would help. If you look down the page there is an option called align. under IMGT tools.

if you press the align , you will find a typical blast tool, I think it might be helpful.
