Does anyone know how to analyze ELISA assays using R?

I need to know how to apply NSB and B0 wells ran in duplicate. How do you fit duplicate standards to a 4/5 parameter logarithmic curve and then interpolate using %B/B0? The idea seems straight forward but the coding in R is not. Anyone know of a good article explains this?
