Interestingly, I found some papers discussing the potential of PR_b in comparison with RGD sequences to actively target integrin receptors specific to fibronectin. However, I am struggling to find somewhere that can provide the peptide. Some researchers have synthesized it in their own lab but I am looking for a source where they have it ready.
Your peptide has to be helical. I would say with 3 turns. You can support helical structure forming lactam bridges on side chains suitable amino acids. What you need is a helical cylinder hydrophobic on one face and hydrophilic on another. Sometimes, you can replace amino acids to have more perfect hydrophilic or hydrophobic face. Such replacement should not effect biological activity.
If you have the sequence, you should just be able to order it from a peptide synthesis company. A couple that I can think of:

The issue is that the particle is not just a sequence. They are two sequences linked via a specific linker that mimics the fibronectin's hydrophobic and hydrophilic structure. We do not really have the time or the resource to synthesize it ourselves.
It does not look like it is a common molecule that can be synthesized by one of those companies but I will check them.
