I am looking for a dataset which contains the judgments of the decision-makers for the decision problem, as in the AHP method. The problem can be in any area.
Most datasets are related with classification, regression, and time series problems, such as energy, diseases etc.

Perhaps you can consider RG as a data set of judgments.
If you review it, I would say in the lapse of last two or three years, you will notice that there are many negative judgments on AHP , including mine, however, very little, if any, refers to other methods. Curiously, you will find no defenders or supporters of this particular method.
I think that methods such as Electre, Promethee, Topsis, Vikor and others are grounded on solid mathematical principles and on rational assumptions, and can be very effective if they use appropriate and objective weights, however, in my humble opinion none of then are structured to model reality.

On Kaggle (http://www.kaggle.com) you can find some datasets which may fit with what you intend to apply.
It's just make your subscription and look for what you need in the hundreds of datasets that are there.
You may have to perform some treatment to extract what you need for your multicriteria application.
