I wasn't too lucky in finding an answer to my question in the first three publications, the fourth one looks interesting, but I can't get access to it.
However, in this one http://ror.isrj.org/ColorArticle/1246.pdf I found the statement
"An employee is more committed, exhibits honesty and sincerity towards his work, when he or she feels that their suggestions are not only heard, but also implemented in building a stronger organization.". which is in the right direction.
I actually did some research on the detrimental effects of perceived 'pseudo-voice' on the work floor. See the attached paper. If you have any questions, please contact me.
Thank you, Gerdien. Reading your paper actually led me to change my literature search strategy. While "'Employee suggestion system' AND 'satisfaction'" didn't show anything I was looking for, the search for "participation AND satisfaction" gives me a plethora of useful studies. Now I got what I was looking for. Thanks!
it seems the NASS has changed names to "employee involvement association" and now to "Ideas America". I can't find any publicly available articles from NASS. Do you have any specific ones in mind?
