i need codes for natural ventilation and human comfort
i don't have access to these.
Also can anyone roughly tell me what are the maximum and minimum values of air velocities obtained by natural ventilation (with and without using stack effect) ??
How much decrease in indoor temperature can be obtained ??
(I want these values with authentic references)

Firstly, you should research in scopus, sciencedirect, Wiley, Taylor & Francis, etc. And then you can use ANSI/ASHRAE Standard.

If you need codes or standards about natural ventilation, I recommend you to check the ASHRAE-55 and the CIBSE-A code where you will find useful information about natural ventilation. In the standard ASHRAE-55, you will find a helpful chart that shows you how much you can increase the upper temperature limit depending on the air speed you have in the room. For example, if you are studying natural ventilation in offices, you may want an air speed between 0.2 and 0.5 m/s. In this range, you will increase the upper temperature limit by 1.1 or 2.2°C. However, as mentioned before, it will depend on the climate conditions, occupancy patterns and the type of building. This behavior is explained by the adaptive comfort and you should do further research about this topic.

Not sure how you intent to use the codes hope this helps.
Natural ventilation is dependent on many factors including air temperature, the prevailing wind speed, external features and the architectural design. Human comfort also has multiple variables. I recommend that you google for "Psychrometric Chart of Human Comfort" and "ASHRAE 55" These two documents will get you started. I think you should also check to see if there is a professor or senior student at your university who has advanced knowledge of the subject and can share that with you. Good luck.
I recommend reading the book “Natural ventilation in buildings. A design handbook” (1998), Francis Allard (Editor), as you might read part of 2002 edition in internet:
1. For air velocity: see chapter 3.1.2. “Simplified methods for the estimation of air velocity inside naturally ventilated buildings”
2. Decrease indoor temperature: see 2.2.1 “Thermal balance of a room”.
The book was done for the promotion of renewable energy sources in the European Community (ALTENER Programme of European Commission), as Technical evaluation for defining Technical STANDARDS and specifications.
I will suggest you to follow ASHRAE standard 62.1; ASHRAE standard 189.1, ISO 7730, ASHRAE 55-2013.
ASHRAE standard 62.1 deals with Ventilation for acceptable indoor air quality.
ASHRAE standard 189.1 deals with Green buildings
ISO 7730 and ASHRAE 55-2013 deals in thermal comfort in built environment for both Conditioned and naturally ventilated buildings.
But lot of new findings are coming up to justify the air speed up to 2 m/s in built environment to be termed as comfortable (in NV buildings).
I will suggest you to go through my publications and you will find information of your interest. I will also suggest you to read extensively the work of Prof. F Nicol, Prof. M. Humphreys, Prof. Richard De Dear, Prof. G. Braiger too.
