Hi, I'm trying to find a vendor that offers dual polarized horn antenna with a constant (or almost constant) beamwidth of 15 degrees or less in the band of 5-7 GHz. However, I haven't found anyone yet.
Does anyone know a company that can offer this?
Or is there any other kind of dual polarized antenna that can match the requirements I need?

They are lots of company in the field providing this type of antenna. Check for quadric double-ridged horn antenna. You may able to use the Vivaldi antenna as well.
You're looking for a very narrow beamwidth and a relatively narrow band. Most commercial quadridge horns like those we sell ( http://www.ets-lindgren.com/sites/etsauthor/SiteCollectionDocuments/Manuals/Antennas/3164-06(1).pdf) are going to have moderate gains and relatively wide beamwidths over a wide bandwidth since they're intended for test and measurement applications where uniform coverage of the DUT at any frequency is important. Something with as narrow a beamwidth as you describe (and correspondingly high gain) would likely be a custom application.
