This plasmid is an old one for yeast two-hybrid work, but I am trying to find it to set up a practical.
It has been discontinued from the original source, Agilent, and I have not found it in Addgene either. I would be grateful if someone that have it knocking about in the lab could send me a bit.

We may have it....I don't know if we have in "pure state" since I cloned a GW cassette on it. Does it matters to you? This is the pBD from the Stratagene kit right?

Actually I managed to get a pBDGAL with an insert, excised it and recircularised the backbone, and the PCR I have (literally) just checked shows that it could be the one.
