I meet a big problem about the adenovirus injection. I injected the GFP-ad as a control and another-ad, but next day, the mice were died. I do not know why? there is no problem about the injection. If any one met this problem, please let me know. Thank you so much.

What was the size of your rats? This can be from 50gm to almost a kg.
How was the titer measured?
Have you tested lower dose?

If you are determining titers by plaque assay, you need to use considerably lesser virus per mouse. Try about 5-times lower dose.
