Does anyone have the database of FDA approved drugs in PDB format (all in one file, not individually)?

Hi. I think the best/closest such source, which is also an official document, comes in the form of FDA's Orange Book. There is an online search base but also an annual PDF edition, see link below. You can try a PDF to PDB converter program online.
