Does anyone have suggestions for improving the attachment of endothelial cells from mesenteric arteries to the bottom of the dish?

After dissociating the endothelial cells, I leave them in a calcium-free solution for 2–3 hours. However, I've been having trouble, as only a small percentage of the cells attach to the bottom of the dish.
