If the DO measurement is for reactor level u can use DO probe which is available with Mettler Toledo.
Why do ask some body to provide you such common protocol? Why don't you get it yourself either from the Net or from standard books on practical biochemistry. I totally disagree with this type of questions being put up on a Site like RESEARCHGATE. I feel that you should learn to do reference work / literature survey.
With all due respect, there are multiple methods for measuring reducing sugars, and it is difficult to know just from reading the protocols in the literature which is most suitable for what purpose. It is perfectly fine to ask others for their advice and input as to which method is best. I agree with you that ResearchGate is no substitute for a proper literature search, but at least in this instance, the question was a legitimate one. I do tend to agree with you about many of the questions I see posted, particularly those that are clearly from students looking for someone to do their homework for them.
