We previously ordered the PiggyBac expression vector with Hygro marker (pJ547-17). It works well. Recently, we tried to obtain same type of vector with deferent marker (pJ549-17, puromycin). However, the company discontinued these products. Does anyone have pJ549-17? Thank you.
They offer a replacement for piggyBac with no research license required that works as well as the old pJ500s. You could try pD2509-ID. It is a puromycin vector with a GFP. Thank you to let us know about it. However, in case of new one, we can not excise out like the PB. That is the most important part for us.
