Dear Roy,

Try to join several figures of a particular analysis in a single figure and mark them as a, b, c, d ......and so on (in a poster form). If still you have more figures (exceeding the manuscript limit for figures) then you can submit them as supplementary files along with the manuscript.

Dear Prithvi, As u have suggested, its nice idea to represent. Actaully I have used two different organisms in my work. So there are 4 FTIR graph (2 Before and 2 After). how to merge them in one? 

Pls suggest the idea of merging the graphs because right now i have just an image file and data.

You can also Microsoft Excel to merge FTIR data in a single graph provided you have data with you instead of spectra.

I have done this using the CORAL. 

hi Debarshi.....i think for SEM-EDX analysis data u can represent it together for every analysis and merge the files, naming them a,b,c,d and so on... if its the nanoparticles that u r highlighting then u can mark them wid arrows (in which EDX will help u)..and mark up the np size alongwith the magnification used... same thing u can do for rest of the figures and merge the files as Kunal has shown. And for XRD, FTIR etc. u can merge the graphs using coral draw (as clarity will be good)...but save all the original files as it  is coz that can be asked later on.. Isotherm studies u do which are necessary for your set of studies... and since u r using fungal strains, i suggest u to go for TEM... all d best

Find a quiet place and think about what kind of story you are going to have based on your experimental data. Once you determine your selling point, then try to organize your data to support the ideas your are trying to selling out. just my two cents.
