The IEC 62271 series of standards relates generally to switchgear. If you refer to operation conditions, (and not produced by the equipment itself – a problem of manufacturer!) this is a problem of environmental conditions, and this problem is covered by the standards IEC TR 62271-300:2006 and IEC 62271-207:2007 (regarding the seismic conditions). If no "special service conditions" exist, the vibrations are ignored (as stipulates the IEC 62271-1). Regarding the tests of which the switchgear are subjected, you can find appropriate information in IEC 60068-2-6:2006:2008 [Environmental testing - Part 2-6: Tests - Test Fc: Vibration (sinusoidal)] and IEC 60068-27 (Environmental testing - Part 2-27: Tests - Test Ea and guidance: Shock).
