I am going to use these solutions for IgM activity. However, I could not find the formula for them. So I wonder that if it would be possible for you to help me figure these.

1. Low salt buffer (LSB, 20 mM Tris–HCl, 380 mM NaCl and 0.05% Tween 20, pH 7.3)

2. High salt buffer (HSB, 20 mM Tris–HCl, 500 mM NaCl and 0.1% Tween 20, pH 7.7)

3. Citric acid/sodium acetate buffer
