I want to purchase an instrument to quantify nucleic acids and evaluate integrity, purity and yield for sequencing, arrays and qRT-PCR. I had some references for Bioanlayzer 2200 but recently I discover the Fragment Anlayzer. If you have some recommendations or experience with these equipments please tell me. Thanks.

Unless you are very high throughput I would go with the Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer. While both pieces of equipment are effective at quantification, the fragment analyzer is a more expensive piece of equipment (I believe), however it is cheaper to run. If you are really high throughput, it is probably the more viable choice. If you plan on only running a few dozen chips, the bioanalyzer would be the best bet. This is all from a conversation I have had with a rep, so I don't know for sure.
Personally, I have used the bioanalyzer for years and haven't had a problem. I haven't used the fragment analyzer.
