Does anyone have experience with NCI H716 cell line?

Hello! I am working with NCI H716 cells and I am struggling a bit trying to "wash" the cells since they are producing significant debris.

I have centrifugated and resuspended them in their media however I am still having debris after subcultivation.

Hello Silvia

NCI H716 is a colorectal cancer cell line with considerable amount of cytoplasmic granules. It is loosely attached to the substratum and usually grows as large clumps. Considerable amount of cell debris is noticed in culture for this cell line.
