I want to model valve lift movements due to pressure changes within a compressor with Ansys CFX. Unfortunately the Interfaces of fluid-solid are not moving in the same way (blue is the solid part - the fluid part is colored). I tried different approaches but none seems to work properly. Due to computation time 2-Way-FSI is out of the question ...

Hi,
the problem is the different movement of interfaces as depicted. The image shows the 2 sides of the solid-fluid-interface and thus should behave in the same manner. If the interfaces move differently, the streamlines pass through the solid which casts doubts on the simulation.

First of all...
Is that all your domain? I mean the meshes which are on the picture are all you got? if so, the fluid mesh is very wrong. even if you get the answer. they wont be reliable.
second you must check the boundary condition to see if you forgot any thing to do right.
I think i need to know more to hypothesize more possible problems. let me know if you got something.

I only enclosed some parts of the ccl and the picture is out of cfx post with mesh lines partly on, not on the full domain. And the "very wrong" part is the problem I want to solve :)
BC should be fine. I enclosed the ccl for those who might be interessted (names are in german).
I think sir the attached tutorial is very useful for 1-Way-FSI problem.
