Does anyone have experience on measurement of plasma cytokines (pro inflammatory and anti-inflammatory) using ELISA kits?

Plasma dilution

Hi Mistire,

Yes - key is to make sure initially that your plasma samples avoid freeze/thaw so have aliquots when they are harvested.

You may also need to perform different dilutions depending on the sample type.

Also, the ELISA kits your purchase should provide a protocol to follow.
