Does anyone have experience disintegrating marine larvae tissues to isolate cell types?

I have some sponge larvae, over 300um in length.

I'd like to perform CelSeq on certain cell types.

But the issues are:

- cells become almost unidentifiable once the larva disintegrates.

- no cell type specific dyes.
