Does anyone have DU145 or PC-3 cell lines that are stably expressed androgen-receptor? I will use these cell lines to analyze androgen receptor-mediated signaling in prostate cancer cells

Both cell lines express detectable, but lower levels, of AR (see the link below). Further, constitutive stable over-expression of the AR is not tolerated by both cell lines. Therefore, you may have to generate these lines yourself.
