we have this in our lab. I didnt use it but from what I heard from my colleagues that it requires much more antibody to get a proper detection than we you use the ordinary detection system. so it has its pros and cons. It might shorten the time but on the other hand it will cost you much more for the antibodies.

We have 2 in our lab.  I currently use them for loading controls as we still use the same amount of antibody as we would in the ordinary detection.

You have to use more antibody. I have used it for target proteins, but I have had a lot of poor antibodies since we purchased the iBind set up and they are generally not guaranteed for use with the iBind.
