Does anyone have any experience using Reporter Stable Cell Lines (human) to test chemical compounds with unknown activity?

I'm looking for a Reporter Stable Human Cell Lines (for example with luciferase reporter gene) to test the effects of a large amount of compounds. First we wanto to test proliferation and cytotoxicity effects. Same suggestions?

There are a dozen of reporter cell lines in a company (http://www.invivogen.com/reporter-cells?gclid=EAIaIQobChMIh9XuyM2n1wIVRQwrCh09gAlREAAYAyAAEgIbgvD_BwE), although I never used them. These cell line are for general cellular activities that you are looking for. You could choose cell lines depending on what is your target tissues to be used after large scale screening. Then you will have limited choice(s) with the selected cell lineages.
