I know about very little bit for your helping purpose i am sharing with you this links please refer might be helpful to you for getting some idea about manufacturing of high temperature and high pressure reference electrode.
Please see the following paper which exactly answers your question. This electrode was designed and constructed by Prof. Akram Alfantazi in our group at UBC. If you want further information please do not hesitate to contact.

Thank you, the 2nd link you mentioned is from our group at UBC and the supervisor in this master thesis research is my current supervisor. You may get further information from the affiliated publication by our group. Thanks
As I understood, the designed electrode by Prof. Akram Alfantazi is of the piston type. Is it possible to provide more details on how to design the piston system, particularly about the system used to seal the electrolyte penetration from the sides of the piston?
I recommend you to please contact directly Dr. Edouard Asselin (Professor, Department of Materials Engineering at University of British Columbia) in this regard. Thanking you
