Does anyone have a protocol for the synthesis of Rose Bengal-NHS?

Hello,

I want to use Rose Bengal for photodynamic therapy, but I need coupling to a protein. I know that rose bengal-hexanoic acid must be synthesized first and then conjugated with the NHS, but I have no experience with this type of synthesis, so I would like to know if someone has a detailed protocol to synthesize Rose bengal with NHS or another crosslinker to be able to couple it to proteins,
