Does anyone have a protocol for fixed Brain tissue co-staining with TUNEL?

I have In Situ Cell Death Detection Kit from Roche and wanted to stain fixed brain tissue (not paraffin embedded tissue, just frozen section)with two other proteins. Does anyone have the protocol for that? Do I start by staining those proteins first then finish with TUNEL? if so, won't TUNEL incubation temperature (37 oC) degraded or destroyed the other protein? how to prevent that?
