Actually I already did the experiment, but unfortunately the amount of cells that I got were not enough for my analysis. So I gave up, unless you have a good protocol, do you?

I guess it depends on what are you looking for. We used the transwell system for EMT induction - we didn't not harvest the cells and stained them as they were.
