I would appreciate any tips and suggestions before I do the experiment. I have purified streptokinase and commercially available Lys-plasminogen and would like to estimate the active fraction of my purified protein. It would be great if I could do this in a 96 well plate format. Are there alternatives to the pNPGB substrate that people prefer? Also, what are the considerations for the assay setup? Thank you in advance!!
