We have a Partec Cube6 available at our institute and would like to use it for ploidy analysis. Has anybody experience with that? I guess staining with PI should be ok...?
I know it is not the most common choice, but why not use a machine that is available.

Hi Kristina,
Personally I have never worked with this machine, but I have done cell cycle studies with PI. The staining protocol is however somewhat different from the conventional PI/AnnexinV. I could send you a protocol I have used before I you want to try it.
