I have read somewhere that everything above 60 degrees Celsius will destroy the virus. As tween 80 is a detergent, it should act similar to soap, destroying the outer lipid layer of the virus after about 20 seconds, after which it disintegrates.
What else, the fluctuation in temperature can denature viral proteins outside the body and and tween can denature it even on body surface being a detergent, the thing is we cannot use detergents to clear when one gets infected, cause we cant eat/drink such hazardous chemicals, and second body temperature can never be this much high that it eridicate or denature viral protein though the temperature fluctuation matters as well in fever, the thing is in reality if have a glance so temperature and tween can reduce the infection rate but cannot clear the infection.
