Hello Luciano, generally I would not recommend to use 1.5% Glutaraldehyde for immunohistochemistry. Maximum a concentration of 0,05% should be used.

Maybe a Na-bprohydride Preatreatment could help in your case. Details you will find tin the paper which I have put into the attachment.
