In one of my works I am studiying on peptide extraction from lyophilized microalgae. I investigate the effect of ethanol on lyophilized microalgae. For this I assumed incubation of 10 mL on 1 gr of Algae for 11 hours under vigerous stirring. Unfortunately, I don't have any idea about protein denaturation, functional protein etc. which is possible to happen.
I need most related references (literature) with regarding to the mentioned topic.
Any idea or quick helps will kindly appreciated.
