I wanted to know how they did their experimental design that can measure the impact of anthropogenic noise on the bird population. Since most of the journals that i have reviewed focused on specified species of birds only. Thank you very much in advance.

Do you mean actual numerical population response?
There's a substantial body of work on effects of anthropogenic noise on bird song structure (e.g, typically song becomes higher pitched). (link to google scholar search in links)
But are you asking about population size? Because that will be difficult to measure. A typically bird census (i.e. point count) within an area affected by anthropogenic noise (e.g., some industry; urban, etc) will be biased due to the noise itself. So it will be difficult to know if the apparently numerical effects you're detecting are due to actual population responses OR detectability.
And if you did a spot-mapping census before and after industry was put in, any numerical response in the population could be due to indirect (or possibly direct) effects of whatever is causing the anthropogenic noise (disturbance, fragmentation, roads, etc.).
Which is all to say: I am not aware of a study that shows what you're asking for I imagine that it would be a difficult question to address without confounding factors.
