I am going to do some analysis of fixed tissue with electron microscopy. Before that, I should prepare my sample that attached on glass surface. Does anybody know how to do that?

Hello Timmy Ricardo,
The only experience I've had with handling fixed tissue is for histology and to analyse the fixed tissue, we first embed the tissue in paraffin wax and then section the embedded tissue into 5um slices with a microtome. These sections are then attached to a microscopic glass slide for analysis with a microscope. Hope this helps.
