Mouse T cell-line should be the best target cells.

Just in case. I do not have your precise answern but, if you need to quantify CD29 and galectins expression levels (or any other cell-surface targets) by Quantitative Flow CytoMetry (QFCM) on mouse cell lines (absolute values i.e. Antibody Binding Capacity) you may need rat MAbs and ad hoc calibrator. We also have a Rat IgG CellQuant Calibrator for QFCM in addition to Mouse IgG CellQuant Calibrator for calibrating indirect IF staining.
