I am looking for a well working DICER antibody which can be used on mouse tissue (retina). All reviews I read are not very helpful. Does anybody know a company that provides a good one?
Dear Stefanie, we used a Dicer-AB from Santa Cruz for in vitro studies with mouse tissue (where it worked well) but never tested this one paraffin or frozen sections.
Hi Stephanie, if you do not find a suitable antibody, our company provides custom aptamer discovery - see www.BasePairBio.com - for more info. We can select the aptamer under non-physiological conditions if needed, and provide a 4-5 week turnaround. Best, Bill
We don't vouch for quality, but we can help you locate a number of other sources for anti-Dicer Abs. Search for DICER here: http://www.linscottsdirectory.com/search/antibodies
and select "Mouse" from Reactive Species pulldown menu. Good luck!
