We need a list of species associated with functional traits that allow us to characterize the functional diversity and its possible relationships with different phenological events of each group.
This is a very good question. For plants and some other species groups, we have very good and large trait databases, but for others we are lacking initiatives to group the existing information. You can, however, have a look at these sources:

This paper cites a couple of fungi trait databases: http://people.virginia.edu/~ja8n/Publications/2015%20Branching%20out%20published.pdf
Maybe the Encyclopedia of Life Traitbank contains some of the information you are looking for
The butterfly database of Florida: http://www.butterflydatabase.com/
The answer on this previous question can also help you: https://www.researchgate.net/post/Does_anybody_know_a_database_with_functional_traits_for_bird_butterfly_species
Besides those, you'll probably find a lot of information in published research.
