In the literature plenty of sources are available for solubility of salt hydrates in particular. However, this data is always related to the highest hydrate form of the salt. This is logical as the sequence is of course: low hydrate -> high hydrate -> dissolution.
However, I am interested to know the options for direct dissolution of the lower hydrate forms. Therefore, I am looking for solubility data of the lower hydrates.
I am not certain if I am answering what you need, but have you looked into a couple of the most common sources of information on solubility constants?

Thanks for the sources, I will have a look. Unfortunately, most of the similar databases only give solubilities of the highest hydrate. I am looking for data on the lower hydrates or anhydrous versions.
Both crystallization from aq. sol. and the solid crystals dissolution to aq. sol. are largely governed by the equilibrium diagram for the solution and its salts, where saturation curves for the salts can be located. It indicates which salt(s) can crystallize from that solution. The process of dissolving a crystalline salt reverses that of crystallizing it from its mother solution. The salt(s) not able to crystallize from the solution are often thermodynamically less stable, thus having higher Gibbs energy, compared to those that can be crystallized. Nonetheless, their dissolution may possibly occur, even if not reversible.
