I want to generate antibody against Leishmania donovani metacaspase (LdMCA). since I am new to this field of antibody generation. Please guide me how do I approach to achieve my goal. Can anyone tell me peptide sequence against which antibody should be made? If anyone has raised antibody against LdMCA then please tell me the peptide sequence?
