To adjust the volume of the reagents, you need to know the maximum volume of your microplate's wells. Then, by trying to stay under 75% of your max volume, recalculate your samples/reagents volume by always keeping the same volume ratios as in the original protocol, 2 A : 10 B : 1 C.

The more sample volume you use, the better your sensitivity.

As an example, these are the instructions for the kit (Thermo Scientific) I normally use to perform Modified Lowry assays. Here is a summary of the volumes they use for a microplate:

40 ul of Sample/Standard

200 ul of Modified Lowry Reagent

20 ul of 1X Folin-Ciocalteu Reagent
