To adjust the volume of the reagents, you need to know the maximum volume of your microplate's wells. Then, by trying to stay under 75% of your max volume, recalculate your samples/reagents volume by always keeping the same volume ratios as in the original protocol, 2 A : 10 B : 1 C.
The more sample volume you use, the better your sensitivity.
