My hydrophobic peptide (12 AA) is soluble in 100% DMSO. Given that I should encapsulate it in hyaluronic acid nanoparticles, I need that peptide is soluble or partly soluble in water. Does someone have an suggestions to try to make more soluble this peptide?
Hard to say for sure without knowing the sequence of the peptide.
Have you considered using a 50%:50% trifluoroethanol:water mixture? This is commonly used for structural studies of antimicrobial peptides, which are highly hydrophobic.
The sequence of peptide is KEIQLVIFVKIA, with modifications in N-terminal (acetylation) and in C-terminal (amidation) and trifluoroacetate used as counter-ion.

If you use HA-NPs as a nano-sized (drug and in your case peptide) carrier, amphiphilic hyaluronic acid conjugates can be synthesized by chemical conjugation of a hydrophobic moiety to the backbone of hyaluronic acid (HA). See for example:

If you developed such a system then the peptide solvent is not such a problem anymore since the peptide will incorporate into the hydrophobic moiety of the nanoparticles. This is often demonstrated for all sorts of peptides such as signal peptides:

I have checked your peptide in Heliquest (without the modifications you mentioned) and it is indeed highly hydrophobic (despite the net charge of +1), close to a TM peptide. See for a way to check this yourself:
