Does anybody has experience with low-temperature gelling arose to slice sample viability culture from tumor tissue ?

Hi, we are considering use low-temperature gelling agarose to set tumour tissue - in order to then mechanically slice the samples to produce viable groups of tissue/samples of cells-

would anyone have experience doing this?

would anyone know which agarose gel would be recommended in this context to then culture the cells -on viability and morphology of the cell groups?

you mean for cryosectioning?? you can use OCT medium to embed your tissue
