Does any one tell me about method of GLUTATHIONE S-TRANSFERASE (GST)?

I have a method of Habig et al. (1974).but some of chemical quantity is not clear,like how can i make solution of Glutothione(1mM)?also CDNB (1mM in ethanol.how i prepare.please guide me and send me detail methodology?
